Piano Teacher

Rimma Primachenko

Rimma has been playing piano for 13 years. She began to play piano at the age of five and was taught by her sister Reveca. Rimma became very passionate about music and decided to officially study music at the age 11. Music became part of Rimma’s life and she studied music with Dr. Kathy Edsill-Charles. 


Rimma performed as a solo pianist, participated in music competitions, and accompanied chamber choir, orchestra and band. Rimma received numerous awards and won best musician as a high school student. After 7 years of studying with Dr. Kathy Edsill-Charles, Rimma completed 10 levels of OMTA syllabus in 2017.


Rimma enjoys working with kids and that is something that brings her joy. She has volunteered to be a Sunday school helper at age 12 and then became a teacher at age 16 teaching for almost 10 years.  Rimma also volunteers at kids camps and events. Upon completion of piano education, Rimma performed four-hands repertoire with her sister Reveca and continues to perform duets. Rimma arranges compositions and writes her own music.
